If there are any issues with your order such as incorrect item delivered or faulty item, please contact us within 1 week via the Contact page or yoyoshopsg[at]gmail.com. We kindly ask you to contact contact us first, and not send back items without notice.
Please note damage caused by usage will not be covered: overtightened, stripped/cross threaded yoyos etc. Bearings, strings, response pads are considered consumables and will eventually need to be replaced.
In the event that there is an issue with an item that has already been ordered or there is an inventory error, you will be notified and the order will be cancelled. If there are additional items in the order, you will have the option to 1. Cancel the entire order, 2. Ship with only the remaining items (partial refund).
Orders with outstanding payments will be automatically cancelled after 1 week.
yoyoshopsg reserves the right to cancel and refund orders with payment/pricing errors.
