Returns/Cancellations

Return / Cancellation policy

There will be no change of mind returns or cancellations after the order has been packed and/or posted, please choose carefully!

If there are any issues with your order, please contact me immediately via the Contact page or yoyoshopsg[at]gmail.com. Please do not return the items without contacting me first.

Damage caused by usage will not be covered: overtightened, stripped/cross threaded yoyos etc. Bearings, strings, response pads are considered consumables and will eventually need to be replaced.

In the event that there is an issue with an item that has already been ordered or over-sold, I will cancel the order and notify you. If there are additional items in the order I will contact you with the option to 1. Cancel the entire order, 2. Ship with only the remaining items (partial refund).

Orders with outstanding payments will be automatically cancelled after 1 week.
yoyoshopsg reserves the right to cancel and refund orders with payment/pricing errors.
