Returns Policy
Faulty/Incorrect Product Delivered
If there are any issues with your order such as incorrect item delivered or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days via the Contact page or yoyoshopsg[at]gmail.com. We kindly ask you to contact contact us first, and not send back items without notice.
Please note damage caused by usage and normal wear and tear will not be covered: overtightened, stripped/cross threaded yoyos etc. Bearings, strings, response pads are considered consumables and will need to be maintained and eventually replaced.
In the event that there is an issue with an item that has already been ordered or there is an inventory error, you will be notified and the order will be cancelled. If there are additional items in the order, you will have the option to 1. Cancel the entire order, 2. Ship with only the remaining items (partial refund).
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a non-defective item, you must contact us and request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, all items must:
- Be unused, unopened, and remain in their original sealed packaging;
- Include all original accessories, documentation, promotional items, and packaging materials;
- Be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Due to the nature of our products, items that have been opened, used, damaged, modified, or are missing components are not eligible for a full refund.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return request or apply a partial refund if the returned item does not comply with the conditions set out in this policy.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges incurred in connection with the original shipment or return shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period of time.
Additional Information
Orders with outstanding payments will be automatically cancelled after 1 week.
YOYOSHOPSG reserves the right to cancel and refund orders with payment/pricing errors.
