SECTION 6 – ORDERS & BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or intended for resale without authorization.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship from Singapore to multiple countries worldwide.

7. 1 Dispatch & Responsibility Transfer

Once your order has been dispatched and accepted by the shipping carrier, the shipment is deemed to be under the responsibility of the carrier. To the extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you upon dispatch.

7.2 Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Postal or courier delays
  • Weather, peak periods, or operational disruptions

We are not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

7.3 Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Where tracking is provided:

  • A parcel marked as “Delivered” by the carrier will be considered successfully delivered
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location
7.4 Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for:

  • Parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts or uncollected parcels
  • Parcels returned to sender due to customer error

Re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7.5 Lost Parcels (In Transit)

If a parcel is lost in transit (i.e. not marked as delivered and deemed lost by the carrier):

  • We will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping provider
  • Claims are subject to the carrier’s investigation process and timelines
  • Any compensation or replacement is at our sole discretion, and may depend on the outcome of the carrier’s claim

We reserve the right to:

  • Offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund
  • Decline compensation where the carrier confirms delivery or insufficient evidence is provided
7.6 Customs, Duties & International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in return or abandonment of the parcel will not qualify for a refund of shipping costs

We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or losses caused by customs authorities.

7.7 High-Risk Destinations

For certain countries or regions with higher risk of loss or delivery issues, we reserve the right to:

  • Restrict shipping methods
  • Decline orders at our discretion

Singapore Post may suspend shipments to high-risk areas as per their website: https://www.singpost.com/support/service-updates

Customers with orders affected by such service suspensions will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and may choose one of the following options:

  • To keep the order pending until shipping services resume; or
  • To cancel the order and receive a full refund, provided that the order has not yet been shipped; or
  • Be offered an alternative shipping method, which may incur additional fees, such as FedEx.
7.8 Chargebacks & Disputes

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to contact us first to resolve any shipping-related issues.

Filing a chargeback for a parcel marked as delivered or still within the carrier’s delivery timeframe may be considered a breach of these Terms.

 


SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

Our website may include third-party tools or links.

We are not responsible for:

  • The content or accuracy of third-party websites
  • Any transactions made with third parties

Use of such services is at your own risk.
