Long Spin (Thin) is for unresponsive yoyos - protect your bearing from rust while maintaining spin time. Please note that over lubing may reduce spin time and cause your yoyo to become responsive, use as little as possible.

Looping (Thick) is for responsive yoyos - improve the response of your yoyo, works best with looping and responsive yoyos
